Adeep has over 15 years’ experience in the Roaming Industry and is presently the Commercial Roaming Manager for Europe with MTN GlobalConnect (+4 years). Previously, Adeep was with MTN South Africa both on the Technical and Commercial side, working on core development and strategies, operational verticals leading diverse teams from technical, operations and commercial. Adeep has spent most of his tenure (20) within the Roaming Industry and brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge, culminating as a recipient of the “2022 ROCCO 100 TOP 25” most influential people in the industry awards gala event held in Malaga, May 2022. Adeep is a devoted family man, trying to balance his studies, work, and personal time, especially given he has triplets. He is an avid football supporter and plays with both his teenage boys on a social level at least twice a week. He holds a Post Grad (Cum Laude) in Business Management and just completed his MBA (Cum Laude) in his dissertation on the BlockChain, focusing on the Wholesale Roaming Settlements using Smart Contracts.
Adrian has worked within the mobile telecommunications sector for almost 20 years, starting out on the vendor side delivering services to carriers in more than 20 countries related to revenue and provisioning processes. Adrian now works at T-Mobile as Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance, with key focus areas including controls for network abuse, switch-to-bill and provisioning. Adrian was elected to the Board of Directors for the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA) in 2021 and co-chairs the association’s Membership Committee.
Allwyn Sequeira is currently CEO and founder of Highway9 Networks, a Silicon Valley startup focused on 5G Edge Cloud offerings.
Prior, Sequeira spent 12 years in leadership roles at VMware, including as SVP/GM on CEO Pat Gelsinger’s Estaff. At VMware, Sequeira led the creation of the multi-billion$ network and security virtualization platform NSX, led the creation of the world’s first 5G cloud platform, and ran VMware’s hybrid cloud.
Prior, Sequeira was CTO & SVP Products at security virtualization company Bluelane, which was acquired by VMware in 2008. From 2000, Sequeira was EVP/CTO and Board member at internet route control company netVMG, acquired by InterNap in 2004.
From 1993, Sequeira was founder, EVP Products & CTO, and Board member at data/video/voice networking company First Virtual Communications, which had a successful IPO in 1998.
Sequeira holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Bernardo Lucas is Mobileum’s Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, where he is responsible for strategy and positioning, product marketing, corporate marketing and sales development. Since joining Mobileum, Bernardo led several functions within Marketing & Strategy, having also led the company's Risk Management Business Unit.
Bernardo has a wide experience working with Investment firms and Private Equity companies in growth programs and operational transformations. In the past, he held the position of Operating Partner, while working at Sonae Investment Management, and was the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer for WeDo Technologies.

Carlos Marques is the Head of Product Management for telecom risk products. In past. Based in Portugal, Carlos joined leading RAFM vendor WeDo Technologies in 2009, and after 10 years in product marketing took the ownership of Mobileum’s risk product management after the acquisition of WeDo. Prior to working for WeDo, Carlos held marketing and sales roles for various IT companies.
Carlos Martins is the Head Of Engineering at Mobileum Risk BU. Having joined the company to build a UX strategy in 2012, Carlos has more than 16 years of experience in the development and architecture of rich internet applications and SaaS products. Currently, and leveraging its extended technology knowledge, Carlos is leading the transformation project of evolving the company product portfolio ready for public, private, and edge cloud architectures, leveraging the latest AI/ML enhancements towards a full 5G support.
Deep Basu is a results-driven, pragmatic business and tech leader with over 25 years of solid experience in Technology - specializing in telecom and fintech. Deep is the SVP of Roaming & Core Network Core Solutions for Mobileum and he has been assuming different roles within Mobileum for the past +15 years, since it was founded as Roamware. Gabriel has more than a decade of experience in cellular network test and visibility as both an Engineering and a Business Leader and remains a SW developer at heart. Gabriel grew the packet core test business at Ixia, overcoming the incumbent’s 7 year lead. He is currently the SVP and Head – Testing & Monitoring PCC at Mobileum. Focused on innovation, leading a Business Development team to enable roaming and data connectivity with interoperability between technologies. In 2022 Gilbert joined Kaleido Intelligence, a specialist consulting and market research firm across the roaming & connectivity sector and known for its Vendor Hub source of roaming vendors worldwide. In a world of digital transformation with Telco moving to Cloud with a new open 5G ecosystem enabling devices (IoT) and collaboration tools to be globally connected it is important to understand technology and to oversee the bigger picture. Karl Bream is the Vice President of Product and Business Strategy for the Cloud and Network Services business group at Nokia. Karl sets the group’s strategy and vision and prioritizes resources to drive growth. Karl actively manages the product and services portfolio to optimize financial performance and long-term technology leadership. Karl developed the digital transformation roadmap of the portfolio to Software as a Service. Prior to his current role Karl was the Head of Strategy and Portfolio at Nokia Enterprise. Stacy has over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry covering a vast array of positions that have fostered her knowledge base. Stacy began her career with Sinch, formerly Inteliquent and ANPI, in 2006 as a Dedicated Account Manager providing service and guidance to their customer base. After furthering her role within the support organization in a management role, Stacy transitioned into a role focusing on customer quality of service and responsibility for all first level repair, KPI monitoring/reporting, carrier performance and vendor advancement for optimal routing, fraud monitoring and credit risk. Currently Stacy holds the role of Director of Product for Voice Services and Fraud Management, covering all aspects of the voice product offering as well as policy and product management for fraud management and Know Your Customer across all products. Involved in fixed & mobile Lab, Field and Network test and assurance since the days of 2G, he is driven by a belief that test and assurance can always be done better and more efficiently and that the main focus should always be customer experience, this leads to lower costs for the operator whilst enhancing brand reputation. His fundamental belief is that the quality of data used to analyse customer experience is paramount and that investment in testing drives better, more efficient, network deployments. Away from work, from his home in Mid -Wales, he enjoys DIY and Land Rover restoration.

Since joining GSMA from Samsung in January 2022, Vinny has taken responsibility for masterminding how GSMA’s newer and more complex services, can be ingested within our customers’ businesses. Whilst the world of wholesale roaming is relatively new, Vinny brings his excellent hands-on communication and organisation skills to coordinate multiple product, technical and operational teams.
